We want to keep feedbackr as simple as possible. Therefore we don’t ask for any personal information which isn’t truly needed. We only store personal information on our servers which is needed for the operation of feedbackr.
Your information won’t be shared. The only exceptions to this principle are to comply with the law, to protect our rights or to develop our product.
We respect your privacy regarding any personal information we may collect while operating our websites.
Website Visitors and Web-application Users
Like most website operators, feedbackr collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. feedbackr’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how feedbackr’s visitors use its website. From time to time, feedbackr may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
feedbackr also collects potentially personally-identifying information like location for logged in users. For support reasons we collect how you interact with the interface.

Your audience is completely anonymous all the time. We have no possibility to backtrack answers to single people.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
When you create an account at feedbackr we gather some personally-identifying information. To keep the service as simple as possible we only collect information which is truly needed. The following information is stored on our server when you register at feedbackr:

From users who want to use the paid version of feedbackr we collect the following information, which is stored on the server of our payment provider:
- your name
- your address
- your email address
- credit/debit card information
One goal is to offer you an excellent support. To accomplish this goal the following data is stored at our support-service provider (www.intercom.io):
- your email address
- your location
- browser and browser version
- operating system
- interaction with feedbackr (used features)
- when was your last sign in
In each case feedbackr collects information only if needed to fulfil the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with feedbackr.
feedbackr might collect information about how the service is used. For instance how many users have created a question so far. We may display this information publicly or provide it to others. But keep in mind, that we never will disclosure personally-identifying information other then described in “Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information”.
