In one session, you manage all the questions for your current lecture, workshop or discussion. You decide in which order they appear and who can access them.
As soon as you click the STOP button on a question, you can see the respective results. Results are visible immediately – in your session and on everyone’s smartphone. Every question has it’s own STOP button. You can also use the bulk actions in the upper right corner of the administration interface.
The number of people to join a session is limited to 1000 people. If you need more please get in contact with us!
Yes: by clicking RESET, all previous votes are lost and you can restart the voting. Everyone has a new vote to cast. This is useful if a considerable part of the audience couldn’t access your session in time. But be careful: once reset, previous data cannot be restored.
Older questions move down, so the most recent question is always the one on top. This way everyone sees the current question first without having to scroll.
That is up to you! Each question has a PLAY button in the upper right corner. Clicking this button opens the question directly on the devices of your audience.
Once you create a session, you find an URL with a 5-digit code in the top bar of your screen. By passing on this code, you invite people to your session. Your audience simply visits fbr.io on their mobile devices, enters the 5-digit code and partakes as soon as they’ve clicked “join”.
Every participant in the audience has only one vote per browser.
Of course! You may organize your questions beforehand by using drag & drop and align them any way you want. However, questions always appear on the devices of your audience in the order that you PLAY them. This gives you the chance to change the sequence live and spontaneously.
Please make sure your firewall allows websockets. If a content filter of the firewall is causing problems, your network administrator may exclude app.feedbackr.io and fbr.io from the filter to permit access.
Five participants can join a session. You can try out all functions of feedbackr with these five participants. If you want to have more participants you have to buy a subscription.
If you’re no longer using feedbackr, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled immediately or at the end of the billing period. If you cancel your monthly subscription immediately you will not get a refund. Annual subscriptions end once the year you subscribed for has run out and cannot be refunded.
As soon as you decide to stick with feedbackr, your trial ends and you receive your first bill. You have immediate access to all features of the paid version.
Yes, of course! You are free to test each feedbackr business version – basic, advanced and Premium – before buying anything.
No, but you can try it with 5 participant before you buy it.
You may switch packages or cancel your plan altogether at any time. Monthly subscriptions end immediately, annual subscriptions run out until the end of 12 months. If you downgrade or upgrade your package, we calculate an aliquot balance or additional payment for the remaining time of the month/year.

Yes, but you have to select the product feedbackr education. Because we love what you do feedbackr education basic is 100% free for teachers and lecturers at public institutions.
